Rock Solid has been running in Brighouse for over 5 years. It is run by Mrs Aitken and Pastor Steve Bowers with the help of John from CICS. Pupils eat there lunches and enjoy, games, videos and discussions about Christianity. There are some very faithful pupils who regularly attend Rock Solid and we pray that we would see more joining us over the next few weeks.

It was a great privelage to be in Brighouse High for a week of assemblies once again. We looked at the central idea of Emmanuel: God with us in the Christmas story. We used the Newsboys track Adoration and a Powerpoint display.
I was also able to spend time at break each day chatting with students in the library. This has led to a new opportunity for the New year. I will be involved in mentoring pupils on a regular basis.
